a) Product Orders

  • Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full payment is required at checkout unless specified otherwise.

b) Service Bookings

  • All service bookings (decorations, artists, activities) require advance confirmation and partial/full payment.
  • Service dates are only confirmed once the required payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking with reasonable cause (e.g., safety concerns, unavailability).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Event service cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the event date, with applicable deductions for advance costs.
  • Product returns are accepted only if initiated at least 2 days before the event/delivery date and if the item is unused and undamaged.
  • No returns or cancellations will be accepted on or after the event date.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and notify the customer with a full refund.
