Shipping Policy – PARTYFOXX

At PARTYFOXX, we are committed to ensuring that your party products and kits are delivered to you securely and on time, so you can focus on creating joyful celebrations. We currently offer standard shipping across India, with deliveries typically fulfilled within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and dispatched from our Mumbai facility through reliable courier partners.

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and package size. The standard delivery fee generally ranges between ₹49 to ₹149, depending on your pin code and courier service availability. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the delivery status in real time. Please ensure that the address and phone number provided at checkout are accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or failed attempts. We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India, although certain remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. While we aim to meet our promised timelines, delays may occur in rare cases due to factors beyond our control such as regional disruptions, weather conditions, courier backlogs, or public holidays. We will keep you informed if there is any unusual delay in your shipment.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will notify you for reshipping. In such cases, reshipping charges will apply, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
