1. Product Return & Refund Policy (Decor Kits, Activity Kits, Party Supplies)

We offer premium party products such as decoration kits, DIY activity boxes (e.g., slime-making kits), and party supplies designed to make your event extraordinary. However, due to the time-sensitive nature of events, our product return policy includes the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only if requested at least 2 days before your scheduled event date or delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return requests after the event date or within 24 hours of the event will not be accepted.

โŒ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used items
  • Event-specific or time-bound items (e.g., dated theme banners, one-time-use kits)
  • Products requested for return after the scheduled event date

๐Ÿ’ธ Deductions & Refunds:

  • A restocking and service fee (ranging from 10โ€“30%) may be deducted depending on the nature of the item and time of return request.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item delivered by us.
  • Refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days after inspection and approval.

2. Service Cancellation & Refund Policy (Artists, Activities, Theme Decorations)

PARTYFOXX provides various event services including:

  • Artist bookings (e.g., magician, tattoo artist, puppet show, game host)
  • Fun activities (e.g., game stalls, balloon shooting, science shows)
  • Full theme-based party decoration packages

Once a service is booked, our team begins preparations including vendor coordination, artist blocking, custom design work, and logistics. Therefore, our cancellation and refund terms are:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable.

  • Any actual costs already incurred by PARTYFOXX (e.g., artist advance, material procurement, travel costs) will be deducted before issuing a refund.
  • These deductions are non-negotiable and will be communicated transparently.

  • Date changes or rescheduling are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
  • Any rescheduling within 2 days may involve additional charges.

3. General Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5โ€“10 business days.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the policy terms.
  • Digital services, custom decor, and third-party vendor bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. Weโ€™ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
